What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is a normal feeling of strong emotional discomfort and over-thinking, often interpreted as worry or fear. Anxiety can affect the body, via temperature, breathing and heart rate; more typically, though, it triggers worries about physical symptoms or the mistaken impression that breathing is difficult. Diagnoses of problem anxiety include Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Panic Disorder, both of which we have considerable success treating.
