For some people, an intensive program is most beneficial. Coaching is delivered in 40 contact days and requires dedication and determination. Please discuss with the coaching team beforehand so we can assess your suitability.
Up to 4 video chats are included and in some cases extra sessions may be added.
Completing this course will help you:
- Understand the condition trichotillomania or other related body, focused behaviour.
- Begin the recovery process
- Explore the concept of urge reduction
- Begin the process of relapse prevention, with a view to entering our Aftercare programme.
Who is the course for?
All-or-nothing people who are not afraid of a bit of written work, writing possibly for up to an hour a day and willing to work fast to achieve premium results.
It helps if you are familiar with technology and perhaps have used course websites previously, but this is not essential.
